



History of Tonaquint Data Center
Tonaquint is a colocation data center and cloud service provider for infrastructure (IaaS), disaster recovery (DRaaS), and backup as a service (BaaS). With headquarters in Utah, Tonaquint delivers its services from its data centers currently throughout the intermountain states. It began operations in 2008 and developed into one of the largest data center providers in Utah. In 2020, Tonaquint acquired Fiberpipe Data Centers in Boise ID.
DIF Capital Partners invested in Tonaquint Data Centers, in 2022. Tonaquint’s management continues to hold an ownership stake.
DIF Capital Partners is an independent infrastructure fund manager and currently has over €15 billion of assets. DIF was founded in 2005 and has built a leading position in managing mid-market investments, primarily in Europe, North America, and Australia.
To date, DIF has invested in and managed over 200 infrastructure and renewable energy projects and companies within energy, sustainable transportation and digital infrastructure markets.
